During the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to confront the harsh reality of our regular competitions and training sessions canceled one after another. Even now, numerous societal issues, such as climate change and disparities in access to experiences, continue to limit opportunities for participation in sports, making it increasingly difficult to continue. In light of these societal circumstances, we have taken a step back to reflect the true value of sports.

Beyond just winning and losing, sports bring a unique set of emotions that you will not find anywher else. In addition to athletes, there are many others who contribute to sports, including coaches, referees, trainers, managers, and family members, all of whom play a vital role in supporting athletes’ performances. To truly connect with the emotions of everyone involved and continually inspire a range of emotions, we are committed to developing the optimal products and creating the best possible environments by fostering self-directed skill development among our employees, and enhancing collaboration with external partners. Our goal is to create a world where everyone can engage with sports and where sports remain an integral part of one’s life.
