Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in product planning and sales at some of Japan's most successful companies, followed by roles in organizational management and corporate leadership at a traditional large enterprise. I firmly believe that for Japan to make its mark in the global market, it's crucial to execute the essentials flawlessly and maintain an unwavering focus on market needs. I've always hoped to see more Japanese companies emerge that can steadfastly adhere to these principles. However, I've also come to understand the challenges that traditional Japanese corporations face, where past successes and internal dynamics can sometimes impede straightforward execution. Molten is currently in its second founding phase, poised to enter a growth phase with immense potential. During this growth trajectory, my aspiration is for Molten to become a collective of professionals who can make sound judgments based on market and societal needs, rather than being swayed by internal company logic.
